Job Description:
- Developing and executing business development strategies, both short and long term to achieve the aggressive sales targets, thereby contributing towards growth and expansion of company services
- Identifying potential market segments/verticals and relevant client base.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms
- Providing the support regarding the queries from the client end.
- Generating Leads and meeting with client and close the leads.
- Appropriately aligning responsibilities and accountability for team members.
- Helping team members in laying down their performance plans.
- Managing and enhancing performance of team members.
- Holding regular planning and review meetings with team members Identifying development needs of team members.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Relevant Exp: Min 1-3 year of experience in sales and marketing
- Qualification: B.Tech/MBA (Marketing, IT, International Business)
- Experience of selling web services/products in the international/domestic market.
- Excellent Communication skills.
